Come learn the Language of Music and the Art of Acting at Steel River Playhouse!
We offer private lessons in Voice | Guitar | Bass Guitar | Ukulele | Acting | College Audition Preparation
We provide you or your child a creative place to learn, build self-esteem, and have fun while making amazing art. We offer you a chance to study with teachers, who have music or theater degrees and work full-time as educators and performers. We create the opportunity for you to participate in a recital at the end of your session, so you experience what is like to perform for an audience.
We guide you to other classes and performance opportunities within the Steel River Playhouse Music and Theater Education Department, so you can continue cultivating your craft. We meet all students where they are and help them grow, soar and own their accomplishments in the studio and on stage. A Session includes 10 lessons* and the opportunity to perform in a recital in our Newberry Loft Theater.
If you are interested in taking fewer than 10 lessons, please email education@steelriver.org to arrange. Drop-in lesson rates are:
30 minute lesson = $35 each 45 minute lesson = $50 each 60 minute lesson = $65 each
Once you’ve decided what you want, email education@steelriver.org so we can set you up with a weekly appointment with your preferred instructor and provide a link for complete your registration online.
